oevermann & You. What you bring to the table.

• Commercial apprenticeship or successfully completed studies.
• Relevant professional experience in the field of executive assistance, project management and/or team assistance, preferably within creative or advertising agencies.
• Passion and expertise to assist the Managing Director as their right-hand person in daily operations, including coordinating appointments, attending meetings, managing guests and customers, and handling incoming calls.
• Office management responsibilities, such as placing orders, managing purchases, and coordinating all stakeholders to ensure smooth agency operations.
• Experience and proficiency in using with Office applications, particularly PowerPoint. Assisting in the creation of customer presentations in close collaboration with the Managing Director.
• Independent management of projects, such as agency development initiatives (refurbishments, equipment upgrades, etc.), company events, self-marketing, and potentially also smaller customer projects. Your opportunities are diverse and depend on your individual strengths and interests, so feel free to implement your own ideas!
• Strong team spirit and hands-on mentality.
• Excellent English language proficiency.

• Ability to take on budget responsibility for multiple clients.
• Strong team spirit and hands-on mentality.
• Management and execution of pitch presentations and new business appointments.
